Key Performance Indicators:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) is a plus.
Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance and financial best practices.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across departments.
Leadership skills to manage and develop a finance team.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
