Responsibilities:
? Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including
appointments, and organizing documents.
? Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the team, ensuring
professionalism and accuracy.
? Maintain an organized system for managing tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
? Assist in managing financial records, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget
monitoring.
? Communicate effectively with team members to understand priorities and deadlines.
? Coordinate closely with Manager to ensure smooth handover of tasks and ongoing
communication about pending tasks and priorities.
Must Haves:
? Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks.
? Proficiency in Zoho for administrative tasks and project management.
? Be available to work from 6 PM EST daily.
? Willingness to work overtime if required to meet tight deadlines and complete pending
tasks.
Nice to haves:
? Prior experience with Sabre is essential for the Travel VA role.
? Proficiency in handling air, hotel, and car bookings is a must.
