Finance & Operations Manager

The Company:

The Role:
We are growing fast and looking for a highly motivated individual to join our finance & operations team. You will be responsible for managing an internal accounting system where you will monitor transactions, reconcile accounts, and develop processes and automations to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Verify transaction accuracy against external data sources and internal records.
Monitor our users transactions and activity for aUpgrade to see actual info and intentional misreporting.
Investigate intentional misreporting and other suspicious activity.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers for issue escalation and resolution.
Implement processes and automations to optimize our systems and processes.

Skills:
You must have:
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
A proactive approach to identifying improvements and implementing solutions.
Exceptional written communication skills.

It’s a big bonus if you are:
Proficient in Google Sheets with expertise in Apps Script and advanced formulas.
Proficient in connecting with external APIs.
Familiarity with no-code tools and quick learner of new technologies.
Prior experience working for a US, Canadian, or UK company
Experience of working in a fast growth environment, such as a start-up.
