Job Description
The scope of your new role is to manage accounts, finance, Xero and deliver accurate integrated financials (P&L, cashflow and balance sheet).
General tasks include, but not limited to:
- Comply with all policies including but not limited to the prioritisation policy, task management policy, communication policy, time-tracking policy, workplace & HR policy & escalation policy.
- Allocate 1 hour per week to professional development.
- Ensure all tasks are allocated accurately by priority
- Actively plan upcoming days, weeks and months using approved planning tools.
- Ensure all ClickUp tasks have relevant due dates and negotiate the deadline if you are unable to complete the task by the due date.
- When moving deadlines, a ‘what / why’ comment must be added.
- Complete daily time tracking of billable & non-billable time at 85%+ accuracy in Harvest for the days worked before midnight Mon-Fri.
- All internal workflow must be managed inside ClickUp & Slack.
