Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team. The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including billing, payments, budgeting, and financial forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with the ability to strategize and implement financial procedures to benefit our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing all financial transactions within the company, including sales invoices, payments, and expenditures.
2. Preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and various financial reports.
3. Performing financial analysis to inform business decisions.
4. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
5. Streamlining and improving financial systems and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
6. Liaising with other departments to prepare financial or budget reports and forecasts.
7. Coordinating and preparing annual audits.
8. Ensuring timely processing and recording of all financial transactions.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience in a financial role, such as a Finance Officer or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of financial and accounting procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
3. Experience using financial software and advanced proficiency with MS Excel.
4. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
5. Sharp time management skills.
6. Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
7. BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
