We are a growing e-commerce company seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will be dedicated to managing our day-to-day and monthly financial operations. The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining clear and precise financial records and reports, ensuring our financial health and transparency.

Responsibilities:

*Oversee daily financial transactions, including expenses and revenue tracking.
*Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements.
*Maintain and reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
*Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
*Analyze financial data to identify our financial status and areas of potential cost reduction.
*Improve systems and procedures for financial reporting and effective budget management.
*Collaborate with management to maintain accurate financial records and secure understanding of financial outcomes.

Requirements:

*Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, bookkeeping or in a similar role with a strong focus on financial management and accounting.
*In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
*Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management.
*Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
*Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Xero).
*Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
