Starting Salary: PHP 50,000 (Negotiable depending on skills & experience)
Expectations from Candidates: In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit their diploma, TOR, and NBI clearance before onboarding.

Job Description:
We're seeking a visionary Fashion Designer to drive the creative heartbeat of Rêvasser. With technical mastery and an unwavering eye for quality, you'll transform bold concepts into luxurious garments. Alongside designing, your ability to forge strong supplier and manufacturer relationships is key to bringing our collections to life.

Every role in Rêvasser contributes significantly to the company. Here's a summary of what you will be doing in this job:

Conceptualize and sketch original designs that align with Rêvasser's brand identity and target market.
Create detailed technical sketches and specifications for each garment, including measurements, materials, and construction details.
Research and source new suppliers and manufacturers that meet our quality, and ethical standards.
Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities, and delivery timelines with suppliers and manufacturers.
Collaborate with the production team to develop and refine prototypes, ensuring proper fit and construction.
Manage the production process from initial design to final product, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines.
Stay current with the latest fashion trends, materials, and techniques, and incorporate them into the design process as appropriate.
Maintain organized records of all design materials, supplier information, and production timelines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field. 5+ years of experience in ideally luxury fashion design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and creative vision.
Expertise in garment construction, patternmaking, and sewing.
Deep knowledge of textiles, including sustainable and innovative materials.
Proven track record of sourcing and managing relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
Strong negotiation and project management skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and PLM software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.

Preferred Qualifications: Established network of contacts in the fashion industry, particularly in sourcing and manufacturing. Knowledge of sustainable and ethical practices in fashion design and production. Experience with 3D design software such as CLO3D or similar.
