We're currently seeking a talented and experienced
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute comprehensive

-Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors.
-Monitor ad performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to optimize campaign performance.
-Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and other campaign variables to maximize ROI.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes on
-Generate regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
-Collaborate with marketing team to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
Ensure compliance with
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
-Proven experience managing
-In-depth knowledge of
-Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign metrics and performance data.
