Facebook advertising expert

We are looking for an experienced Facebook Advertising Expert to oversee and manage our Facebook advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in creating and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and ROI. They will be responsible for developing and executing effective advertising strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and making data-driven optimizations to achieve our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and messaging that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement and conversions.
Conduct audience research and segmentation to optimize targeting and reach the most relevant users.
Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including campaign structure, ad set creation, and budget allocation.
Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS, and make data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
A/B test ad variations, audience segments, and campaign settings to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
Stay updated on industry trends, changes to the Facebook advertising platform, and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and competitive.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns and delivering measurable results.
In-depth knowledge of the Facebook advertising platform, including Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Ad Manager API.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including PPC, targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
