Hi, I'm Spencer Pawliw! The founder of a growth-focused, Meta Ads & CRO eCommerce agency based in Vancouver, Canada.

I am currently hiring a contracted (soon to be full-time) Meta Media Buyer to join our talented team.

With over 19 different clients that range in size from multi 6, 7, and even 8 figures. You can imagine we run a lot of ads... Unfortunately, our current marketing team is at max capacity and if we are going to continue to bring on great clients, we need someone to help us out inside of the Meta Ad Accounts.

And... That's exactly where you come in!

We're looking for someone to join our advertising team and manage the day-to-day media buying inside of our client Meta Ad Accounts.

With us, you are joining a TEAM... This means you will be working closely with our lead strategists to deliver incredible results for our clients as we scale.

We are NOT the agency that will expect you to do EVERYTHING for clients and complain when results suck...

Been there. Done that.

Your Roles At The Agency?
- Communicating with strategists on data and working with them to grow their business.
- Conduct research inside of ad accounts and analyze account data to find new ad ideas
- Set up, optimize, and monitor Meta marketing campaigns daily.
- Follow our proven scaling strategy & DCT testing method.
- Strategize with our team weekly for new ad concepts and weekly creative tests

- Ability to interpret & communicate data effectively with a team
- Accountable & reliable inside of the ad account & outside
- Communicates effectively with the team & shares ideas
- Coachable & desire to grow their skill set & personal traits
