We are an Australian marketing agency looking for a seasoned
Responsibilities:
- Review and setup account and integrations with website and GTM, Google Analytics, with assistance from our developer if needed
- Plan, launch and manage ad campaigns for multiple clients
- Craft ad copy & design images and/or video creative (or provide a solid brief for our team to produce the art)
- Optimize campaigns for performance
- Track and analyze campaign results
- Work with the team to set and achieve campaign goals
- Ongoing review and regular optimisation of ads for better conversion/ROI
- Detailed weekly and monthly reporting for us and our clients
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Meta features and best practices
Ideal skills/background:
- 2+ years of experience in
- Experience with a variety of ad campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients
- Digital campaign tracking set-up (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills for campaign reporting and analysis, inc. dashboard set-up
- Conversion rate optimisation (inc. landing page recommendations)
- Demonstrable experience in developing and leading a test, learn and optimise approach to drive results
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
