Position: Facebook Ads Publisher & Data Analyst
Hours: Availability Required Daily

Responsibilities:

- Create and publish Facebook ads campaigns based on provided strategies and objectives
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to optimize ad performance and ROI
- Monitor ad campaigns daily, making adjustments as needed to improve results
- Generate reports on daily ads, campaigns performance
- Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to brainstorm ideas and strategies for improving ad effectiveness

Requirements:
- Background in Facebook advertising with a solid understanding of ad creation and optimization
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from various metrics
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform manual tasks accurately and efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and technologies
- Availability to work everyday. More hours will be required on Thursday and Weekends.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
