You will be pivotal in designing compelling ad visuals, crafting engaging ad copy, and continuously tweaking campaigns based on performance data. Your goal will be to enhance ad reach and conversion rates, significantly impacting our clients' growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create enticing ad images and layouts that capture attention and convert viewers into leads.
Write compelling advertisements, hooks, and descriptions that resonate with diverse audiences.
Monitor and adjust Facebook ad campaigns in real-time to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, measure performance, and develop strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align Facebook advertising strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Report on campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with Facebook's advertising policies and technological updates to ensure compliance and take advantage of new features.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing Facebook advertising campaigns, including ad creation, monitoring, and optimization.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a flair for creative problem-solving.
Desirable Skills:
