FULL TIME - Experience Media Buyer for Ecommerce Marketing Agency

We are looking for a new Client Facing Media Buyer!


This Role at Foma Media is responsible for optimizing and successfully scaling the campaigns you implement on behalf of the company. An individual who can develop media buying strategies, analyze options, optimize budgets, monitor ad performance, and report to clients.


What you’ll do:


- Build, optimize and manage Facebook, TikTok, Google campaigns for projects whilst working closely with our strategies and aligning with the company’s short and long-term goals
- Analyze and optimize campaigns around our goals and KPIs using data-driven insights and tactics
- Developing advertising strategies and campaigns to most effectively reach the desired audience
- Proofreading ads material before launching campaigns.
- Coordinating and overseeing the development and launch of campaigns.
- Develop internal relationships via weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings both independently and as part of a wider team. Displaying high-level communication skills including concise communication of learnings and insights, both qualitative and quantitative, with the ability to lead sometimes challenging conversations and meetings
- Managing budgets and monitoring campaigns costs and ROI metrics
- Tracking and presenting campaign data such as views, click-throughs rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates
- Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately


What you’ll need to succeed:

- Minimum of 4 years experience in marketing
- Minimum of 2 years experience of paid media in eCommerce
- Previous experience managing paid media (Facebook, Google, TikTok)
- Understanding of how different media channels work together in a broader marketing ecosystem to drive results
- Be agile with creatives for paid media
- Be familiar with Email marketing newsletter platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to be proactive
- Ability to think critically
- A passion for growing businesses
