The Role:
As our Google Ads & Facebook Marketing Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our online advertising efforts. Your expertise in crafting compelling campaigns, combined with a deep understanding of technology and copywriting, will play a critical role in reaching our target audience effectively. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you'll ensure that all digital marketing efforts are strategically aligned with our overarching goals, driving growth and elevating brand awareness.

Your Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor Google Ads and Facebook marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.
Copywriting Excellence: Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with our audience, leveraging your deep understanding of our brand voice and customer needs.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize advanced targeting techniques, A/B testing, and analytics to optimize campaign performance.
Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely under the direction of the CMO to align digital marketing strategies with broader marketing goals.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign data to report on performance, insights, and opportunities for improvement to the CMO and relevant stakeholders.
Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, especially in Google Ads and Facebook, to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

Proven experience in managing successful Google Ads and Facebook marketing campaigns.
