JOB OVERVIEW

Rapidly growing Ecommerce fashion brand located in Downtown, Los Angeles, California seeking an e-commerce operations manager to work closely with our CEO. As an ECommerce Operations Manager, you will lead and develop the staff. You will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. As the Ecommerce Operations Manager your top priority to provide the team with the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities:

Direct, Support, mentor, and motivate your team.
Work closely with CEO to forecast and plan company goals and initiatives.
Assist the CEO with administrative tasks
Recommend improvements by analyzing process workflow and working with the team to increase performance as eCommerce continues to grow.
Facilitate effective problem-solving based on your customer involvement and feedback from the Customer Service team.
Track and analyze key competitor websites and their strategic approach and make recommendations to improve and enhance the customer experience.
Create and implement productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Leaders to load balance
Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
Manage staff and delegate task and ensure goals are being met within specified timeframes.
Collaborate with all contracted and/or outside agencies and vendors to develop plans to meet business objectives.
Accountable for the safe, efficient, and economical operation of the warehouse in the areas of staffing, warehouse operations, maintenance of the facility and equipment, implementation of safety, security, housekeeping and sanitation programs, budgeting, customer service and inventory control.
Provide leadership and strategic visions to the operation by daily oversight of all facets of the operation as well as developing quarterly, annual and long-range plans for the operation.
Effectively communicate the company’s vison and strategic annual objectives to all staff members.
