We’re on the lookout for a passionate, highly aesthetic video editor with an eye for detail, to support us in generating highly engaging product-centric and lifestyle UGC videos based on our backlog of B-Roll footage…

Since we’re running an E-commerce brand and our primary customer acquisition strategy is through paid traffic…

Your MISSION is to make sure our videos not only look amazing, but that they CONVERT to sales.

You understand that you not only have to think, “What is going to get someone engaged in this video?”, but also…

What is going to get someone HOOKED into this video?

You understand that for one particular video, you may even need to come up with a few variations where the first 3-5 seconds have different clips, just in the very least for the purpose of testing and seeing what “HOOK” gets the person watching.

As our expert video editor, you are able to whip up many different variations of product-centric and lifestyle UGC videos.

As our expert video editor, you even have the ability to “download into your MIND” the broad range of UGC B-Roll clips we have, and start to understand what we have access to… both historically, as well as what’s new.

You are SUPER organized and have the ability to get so intimate with our B-Rolls, that when we propose a new project or idea, you’re able to think through what the best video clips would be for this variation…

And if you’re not sure, you go reviewing the video clips we have in our library and choosing the best ones to put into a 30 second to 1 minute video.

You’re also able to keep your files organized…

You’re also able to reclip videos…

You’re able to take existing UGC videos and rearrange them into an entirely new video.

Here’s how this ROLE is going to start…

Ultimately, we want someone we can hire LONG TERM and on payroll.

To start with, we need to get our ads ramped up and scaling. And we’ll need to do that first through a few individual projects.

And we can go into this likely one of two ways:

#1. A Trial of a Few Videos: we do a trial run together on a few different videos, launch them through paid acquisition, and we see how they do.
#2. Extended Trial: Or perhaps we just go, “you know what, let’s hire you to whip out video after video after video for a month and see where we land.”

Until we speak, it’s hard to say for certain which would be the better case, but I can tell you this:
