Our client is a US-based company seeking a talented Virtual Assistant to support the daily administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer support. As a VA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent service to our valued customers.

We are looking for a dedicated VA to handle back end administrative duties and provide customer support through onboarding and demo calls. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. We are seeking an agent with virtually no accent when speaking English. If you have a heavy accent when speaking English, please do not apply.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
Manage back end administrative tasks.
Conduct customer onboarding calls to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.
Conduct demo calls to showcase our products/service and address any questions or concerns from potential customers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate information and solutions.
Assist in maintaining CRM systems and updating customer records as needed.
Possess a strong understanding of the marketing software GoHighLevel

Looking for experience using the following software applications:
GoHighLevel

This is a full time position. You need to have excellent English skills. You will also need to have minimal to no accent when speaking English. If you have a heavy accent when speaking English, please do not apply.

Work hours are Monday - Friday 35-45 hours per week (schedule to be confirmed after your interview) in Eastern Standard Time. You must be available and ready to work matching this time zone daily.

$4/hr to start, with the ability to earn more + earn excellent bonuses.
