JOB OVERVIEW

Our client is a US-based junk removal company looking for a full time, home-based customer support agent to work with their customer support & sales department, as well as light dispatching. We are seeking an agent with virtually no accent when speaking English. If you have a heavy accent when speaking English, please do not apply.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
Receiving inbound sales calls, customer requests and/or complaints
Making outbound calls to customers and techs.
Respond to customer questions via phone call, email, live chat, Facebook messenger, or SMS.
Provide quotes to potential customers.
Book new jobs, reschedule and/or update service jobs in company CRM.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Communicate clearly and effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers through a slack channel.

Looking for experience using the following software applications:
Slack
Google Suite
Canva

This is a full time position. You need to have excellent English skills. You will also need to have minimal to no accent when speaking English. If you have a heavy accent when speaking English, please do not apply.

Work hours are 5 days a week / 10 hours per day (schedule to be confirmed after your interview) in Pacific Standard Time. Availability on the weekends is a must. You must be available and read to work matching this time zone daily.

$4/hr to start, with the ability to earn more + earn excellent bonuses.
