Expert Ecommerce and Shopify Assistant

E-commerce Manager & Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Assistant to be the right hand of our business. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and able to take the initiative to learn and solve problems independently. This role requires previous experience working with Shopify and in an e-commerce company.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimize Shopify apps to ensure seamless integration and performance.
2. Design, develop, and maintain high-converting landing pages to drive sales and customer engagement.
3. Create and implement automations to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the e-commerce ecosystem.
4. Run and manage ambassador programs to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
5. Oversee site launches, ensuring all elements are properly implemented and functioning optimally.
6. Assist with Amazon operations, including listing optimization, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
7. Continuously monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them when appropriate.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience working with Shopify and in an e-commerce company.
2. Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including conversion rate optimization, user experience, and marketing automation.
3. Experience building landing pages
4. Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
5. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon marketing strategies.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
