Job Description:

Are you a meticulous bookkeeper with a knack for tackling complex reconciliation tasks? Do you have experience working with Square and QuickBooks Online (QBO)? If so, we want you on our team!

We are seeking an expert bookkeeper to assist with reconciling transactions between Square and QBO. Our client relies heavily on Square for their transactions, and we need someone who can ensure accurate and timely reporting in QBO. Given the imperfect integration between Square and QBO, we need someone who finds satisfaction in performing detailed, tedious work and ensuring every transaction is perfectly accounted for.

Responsibilities:

Work on multiple client files.
Reconcile transactions between Square and QBO.
Ensure accurate reporting and financial records.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain clear and organized records.
Oversee and reconcile payroll in multiple states using Gusto, Intuit Payroll, and Paychex.
Communicate effectively with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper, with a focus on automation and reconciliation.
Expertise in using the Square and QuickBooks Online integration.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with payroll systems, specifically Gusto, Intuit Payroll, and Paychex.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
