Experienced Youtube Video Editor Needed for long-term project

I require an experienced YouTube video editor to help me with a new channel. The type of videos produced will be very simple such as the following : Upgrade to see actual info

The candidate MUST have knowledge about Youtube copyright laws

However - requirements change, so having many skills would be appreciated. Please note that this is a starting salary and will increase with time.
