Experienced VA / Scheduler for a Plumbing Company

**MUST HAVE 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH A PLUMBING/ELECTRICAL/HVAC COMPANY DOING SCHEDULING AND/OR VA

We are a Plumbing maintenance company based in Sydney, Australia. We are a young and driven team who ultimately
seeks to impress our customers by being friendly, super skilled professionals, not just Plumbers.
You will be responsible for maintaining a daily/weekly schedule of jobs for a team of dedicated Plumbers , entering work orders, regular daily contact with the team, customers and
suppliers. The tasks are many and varied but exciting and rewarding. It's often highly pressurised and it can be crazy at times .
think of it as being the air traffic controller of Plumbers in Sydney

Well, you'll need to be a team player first and foremost. Our mission is to provide perfect service to our customers, so we're constantly learning from each other and coming up with new ways to
improve that service. It's an exciting team dynamic and your contribution will be welcomed.

Minimum Requirements
- Need to be native/bilingual english
- Must have great communication skills
- Must be a great problem solver
- Must have minimum 2 years experience working with a plumbing, electrical or HVAC company (or any other home services who has a dispatch/appointment setting)
- Calm and able to function efficiently under regular pressure
- Attention to detail is essential

Pay
- $1200 p/m AUD to someone who is solely a scheduler/VA
- $2000 p/m AUD To someone who with appointment setting/scheduling with experience for more then 2 years



For this role, we will need somebody who has excellent english speaking, literacy and comprehension.
