Experienced Phone Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven, experienced Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone to promote our products/services, generate sales, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Has experience in closing a deal through phone, not transferring to another agent or department
- Contact potential customers via telephone to present our products/services
- Engage in active listening to understand the customer's needs and requirements
- Answer questions about products/services and pricing
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on leads and referrals generated through inbound/outbound calls
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to achieve sales goals
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and preferences

- Proven experience in Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
