Experienced Sourcing Agent for Alibaba Sourcing

About us:
We are RGO Expert, a dynamic German company that develops innovative product solutions and brings them to the international market. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced sourcing agent to help us efficiently organise communication with Chinese manufacturers and drive our product development.

Your tasks:
Communication: You will act as the main point of contact for our Chinese manufacturers. You will conduct negotiations and be responsible for the exchange of all relevant information.

Analytical thinking: You will familiarise yourself deeply with the products, think "out of the box" and develop creative solutions for complex challenges.

- Proactive interaction: You make precise sub-questions and anticipate potential problems in the manufacturing process.
- Tool usage: You are adept at using tools such as Slack, Google Drive and have experience using Alibaba and 1688.
- Resource management: You use existing resources skilfully and find efficient ways to achieve desired results.
- Negotiation management: You negotiate terms and conditions and help to secure the best conditions for our products.
- Product development: You communicate USPs and develop new product ideas together with the team.
