JOB OVERVIEW

Successful dropshipping company is looking for an experienced customer support agent to answer our client's email, giving them information about tracking numbers, product information, keeping dispute low.

Pre-Requirements:

You will need to send us your portfolio. We want only to know more about your past experience working as a customer care agent for Shopify and dropshipping stores./ If your application will not have a portfolio with ecommerce examples your application will be disregarded.

Tasks:
Answering customer emails about order status, providing them tracking numbers, we are looking for someone that can convince and make sure we avoid payment gateways disputes. This is crucial, you need to tell us more about your past experience and how you were managing disputes from payment gateways like Paypal, Stripe etc.

Tell us more about how many orders per day are you able to manage.

Requirements:

•? ?2+ Years experience as a email customer care agent
•? ?Must have experience with eCommerce/Dropshipping Brands
•? ?Know systems and how to keep dispute low
•? ?Strong /communication skills
•? ?High english skills.
