Experienced Shopify Developer and Designer (Full-time or Part-time)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shopify Website Developer/Designer with fundamental SEO skills to join our team on a full or part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about e-commerce experiences and is looking for a long-term career opportunity in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
Here are some of the typical Shopify and SEO tasks but is obviously not limited to just these.
-Design mockups and digital assets using your graphic design skills, develop, and optimize Shopify stores to meet client needs, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.
-Customize 'off the shelf' Shopify themes and implement design changes to enhance the look, feel, and performance of websites.
-Install and configure Shopify apps to extend store functionality, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
-Populate stores with content, products, and blog posts provided by clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
-Configure various Shopify settings (e.g., shipping, payments) using client-provided information to set up fully functional stores.
-Conduct thorough testing of online stores before launch to guarantee a flawless user experience.
-Assist in setting up analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Bing Webmaster Tools, to track and optimize store performance (training provided if necessary).
-Continually provide ideas, suggestions and feedback.
-SEO keyword research, and implement onsite and offsite SEO strategies.
-Familiar/Experience with Amazon webstores and integrations is a plus.

Requirements:
-Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience with Shopify platform development and design.
-Skills: Proficient in creating and managing Shopify stores, with a strong understanding of Shopify themes and apps. Secondary skills in funnels, SEO, and graphic design are highly desirable.
-Communication: Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills are essential for effective collaboration.
