Job Description:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets through both inbound and outbound strategies of a funding company. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through both inbound and outbound channels.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:
