As a Real Estate Assistant/Transaction Coordinator, you'll support the real estate team by taking care of administrative tasks related to marketing, transactions, and sales.

Requirements:

1.At least 2 years of experience as a real estate agent assistant in the US.

2.Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills are essential for successfully managing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines within set timelines.

3.Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all times, whether in writing or verbally.

4.Solid administrative background. Proficient in Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, MS Outlook, CRM, AI software, and other relevant applications.

5.Must be a master problem solver with strong analytical skills.

6.Adaptability to changing conditions and keen attention to detail are crucial qualities required for this position.

7.A proven track record in streamlining administrative processes, implementing best practices for efficiency optimization, and identifying opportunities to enhance workflow and organizational effectiveness.

8.Must have evening and weekend availability. This is not a 9-5 position.

9.You will be handling tasks for my other businesses in addition to real estate transactions.

10.To qualify, you must send your resume and provide detailed explanations of how your experience aligns with all ten requirements.


Responsibilities:

1-Handle various administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and filing paperwork.


2-Engage with clients through multiple channels including phone, email, social media interactions.


3-Address inquiries regarding contracts and real estate processes.


4-Utilize technology to maintain customer databases efficiently.


5-Proactively reach out to clients and agents for initiating transactions or follow-ups.


6-Oversee marketing activities including online platforms, mail campaigns, and open house events.

7-Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients .


8-Deliver an exceptional experience to real estate sales agents, prospective clients, and current or past clients.


9-Provide administrative support to real estate agents as needed, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases.


10-Coordinate showing appointments and manage schedules to ensure smooth and efficient operations.


11-Attend and facilitate showings,home inspections/contractor visits and open houses.


12-Updating client databases with accurate information including tags and notes.


13-Running comps to determine property valuation.


14-Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction files and records.


15-Making sure our deals get to the finish line.


16-Plan and oversee marketing team activities and delegate tasks and ensure timely completion.
