Experienced PARALEGAL (Juris Doctorate)

Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Remote PARALEGAL. The paralegal will work on all aspects of California employment law, including drafting and preparing demand letters, pleading documents, conducting legal research, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and providing overall support for attorneys.

Qualifications:
- Strong background in litigation calendaring, drafting letters, pleadings, and motions is required!
- Experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department in employment law (recommended but not required if you can show an likelihood of being able to quickly become proficient in employment law)
- Bachelor's degree and ABA-approved paralegal program OR Juris Doctorate
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to conduct legal research
