As an Experienced Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts, promoting our window treatment solutions, and increasing brand awareness. You will work closely with the owner and collaborate with various stakeholders to execute marketing strategies, implement campaigns, and drive business growth. Your creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote our window treatment products.
Create and manage engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and website materials.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging.
Support the management of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement with the online community.
Monitor and analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment in marketing initiatives.
Assist in developing marketing collateral, such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, and product guides, to support sales efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to contribute innovative ideas and approaches.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar marketing role, interior design industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a keen understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms.
Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including social media management platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
Creative mindset and a keen eye for design and aesthetics to support the promotion of window treatment solutions.

Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems, lead generation, and customer segmentation would be advantageous.
