Experienced Graphic Designer for T-Shirt Designs (long term/ 2 years +/ $500 per month + Christmas bonus (13th salary))

Hello Future Employee!

I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to create t-shirt designs.

I sell mainly on Amazon and I'm looking for a dedicated, reliable and experienced t-shirt designer (primary work software should be Adobe Illustrator, additional skills with Adobe Photoshop would be great) to work with me long term (2 years +/ Full Time).

You should be able to create a good looking design from a vector and text. I will provide you with the text. You are responsible for choosing the fonts, vectors and decorative elements. Only commercially free to use fonts are allowed! In addition, you should have good English skills and experience in trademark and copyright for t-shirts.

I pay 1$ per design and I need 500 designs per month. If I like your portfolio, I would like you to create 3 simple test designs, before we start a longer term collaboration. Therefore I will also provide you with the vectors.

For each design, I need the original file (.ai) and a .png in 4500x5400px format. I also need the names of the fonts used for each design.

If you agree with these terms, please send me your portfolio and a quick note on which software you are using primarily.
