JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a designer with a solid background in digital marketing design to join our creative team. Proficiency in Figma is crucial for this role. Your primary focus will be designing captivating landing pages, email newsletters, app UIs, and blog visuals that not only look stunning but also drive engagement and conversions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Landing Page Design: Craft visually appealing and conversion-optimized landing pages using Figma, focusing on user experience and brand alignment.
- Email Newsletter Creation: Design engaging and responsive email newsletters that adhere to brand guidelines and drive open rates and click-throughs.
- App UI Design: Utilize Figma to develop intuitive and aesthetically pleasing app interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices.
- Blog Visuals Development: Produce compelling visuals for blog content that enhances readability and engagement, including infographics, featured images, and interactive elements.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Figma for all aspects of design work, from brainstorming and wireframing to creating high-fidelity prototypes.
- Contribute to and utilize the design system within Figma to ensure consistency across all digital marketing materials.
- Implement user testing for designs when applicable, iterating based on feedback to improve functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Stay ahead of digital design trends and incorporate innovative design practices to keep our digital marketing materials and web app fresh and effective.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align design efforts with overall business strategies and goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital design, with a portfolio showcasing successful landing pages, email newsletters, app UI designs, and/or blog visuals.
- Extensive experience with Figma, including its collaborative and prototyping features, specific to digital marketing and web app projects.
- A strong grasp of digital marketing principles and how design influences user behavior and conversion rates.
- Ability to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also optimized for marketing and UX performance.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and articulate design concepts and decisions.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
