Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Facebook Ads specialist to set up, manage, and optimize our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful ad management across these platforms, with a strong focus on generating leads.

Responsibilities:

Set up and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Work closely with the founder to align ad strategies with company goals.
Regularly review and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
Assist in resolving issues related to a previously banned Facebook ads account, including taking necessary steps to get the account unbanned.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram Ads, with a portfolio of past client work.
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and optimization techniques.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving account bans on Facebook.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with remote teams.

Compensation:
