Come join our 100% Remote Team, mostly Philippine-based! Join our friendly, fast-moving team!

We are seeking an experienced (minimum three years) Digital Marketing VA to join our team. The best fit for this will have two years or more of experience managing multiple accounts at once and have a wide range of digital marketing skills.

This is an agency position so you will be handling multiple accounts simultaneously. You will be responsible for reviewing client calls and other inputs to create and implement a conversion-based social and email strategy. As you become the client expert, you may assist with various facets of their marketing plan implementation.

The best fit for this loves to come up with amazing ideas to help elevate a client's conversions using digital strategies. You love to dream up better ways, then create a solution and plan, and then evaluate that idea for viability. Our team is wonderful at executing but we are looking for someone who can strategize viable solutions quickly.

You love to dream up campaigns and can easily write the copy and direct the graphics to make it happen. Writing and communicating in everyday American style English is second nature for you. You're great at helping lead the team and being a great teaUpgrade to see actual infomber.

About us: Monican Marketing/ Attract Clients Now has been in business since 2019. We help small businesses with marketing strategy and implementation - primarily websites, email marketing, social media and other digital strategies (currently no ads).

As the CEO, I manage and work with all of our clients and team. I am a yoga teacher and also love cycling, running, gardening, and paddle boarding. Key Responsibilities:

Digital Media Strategy: You will learn and ask questions to help identify the best digital strategy for the client and help the team to implement it. You will work directly with the client as well as our graphic designer to plan, write, design, schedule and follow up with all strategies.

Engagement: For our internal account and for some clients, you will engage with the audience through comments, direct messages, and other interactions in a personable and authentic manner, reflecting our brand's voice and values.

Brand Voice: Demonstrate a keen understanding of our brand voice and maintain consistency across all communication channels.

Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to enhance engagement, nurture relationships, and drive lead generation.

Lead Generation: Utilize creative and non-salesy approaches to identify and cultivate potential leads within our target audience.

Organization and Collaboration: Maintain organized records and work collaboratively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to meet objectives and deadlines.

Content Creation: Write and plan engaging social media posts that resonate with our audience, contributing to our content calendar.

Post Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of social media posts to ensure consistent and timely delivery.

Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on engagement and lead generation.
Ability to adapt to different communication styles and audience preferences.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with social media analytics and tools for scheduling and monitoring.
