JOB OVERVIEW

The Bundt Shoppe is a dynamic Franchise company that prides itself on innovation, creativity, and results. We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketer to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing campaigns, focusing on Meta Ads, PPC, Google Ads, and content creation.

Job Responsibilities
*Meta Ads Management:
*Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
*Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI, ROAS.
*Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective ad content.

PPC Campaign Management:
*Develop, implement, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads.
*Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
*Track campaign performance and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.

Google Ads:
*Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video.
*Perform A/B testing to optimize ad copy and landing pages.
*Ensure compliance with Google's advertising policies.

Content Creation:
*Collaborate with the content team to create engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
*Contribute to the development of content calendars and marketing strategies.
*Create copy and visual content for digital marketing campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:
*Use tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
*Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
*Present findings and recommendations to management.

Qualifications
Education:
*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience:
*Minimum 1 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta Ads, PPC, Google Ads, and content creation.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Skills:
*Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
*Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content.

Additional Requirements:
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Familiarity with social media platforms and trends in digital marketing.

This is a full-time position
*Work hours are weekdays flexible
*You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the
6 month probation period.
*We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All
Souls Day

Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
*13th month
*Cash equivalent for leaves not taken
