Our multi 7-figure health and wellness e-commerce brand is seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional support to our valued customers.
Customer Support Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via
- Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
- Track and locate packages to ensure timely delivery.
- Make changes to orders as per customer requests.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinators to address complex issues, improve processes and follow our company SOP's.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Outbound Sales Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or service using scripts.
- Answer questions about our products or the company.
- Put through sales pitches to the customer, adjusting pitch to meet the needs of specific individuals.
- Understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of sales and note useful information.
Requirements:
- Exceptional proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proven multi-year experience in a customer service role in e-commerce.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated professionalism and sense of urgency in addressing customer needs.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using the following tools: Meta Business Suite, Freshdesk, Shopify, Slack, Google Docs, Google Sheets.
