As a Remote Business Grant Writer, you will be key in securing the funding that fuels our mission and community initiatives.

**Job Description**:
We seek an experienced Business Grant Writer to identify funding opportunities and develop compelling grant proposals. Your efforts will help secure the financial support for our innovative projects, directly impacting our goals and community outreach.

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant writing, particularly within the fashion, lifestyle, or non-profit sectors.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and autonomous work capabilities.
- Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English with outstanding reading, writing, and speaking skills.

**Requirements**:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while proactively undertaking new responsibilities.
- Technologically proficient with productivity tools such as Notion and Slack and quickly adapting to new software.
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record of securing funding.

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and research grant opportunities that align with our business objectives.
- Write, submit, and manage grant proposals, ensuring compliance with funder specifications and deadlines.
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to compile necessary information and prepare accurate proposals.
- Maintain a detailed database of grant opportunities and submissions using Notion.

**Working Hours and Compensation**:
- **Base Salary**: $250 monthly project fee.
- **Flexible Working Hours**: 12 PM to 4 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

Incentive Structure*
- **Tier 1**: For grants up to $50,000 - receive a bonus of 3% of the grant value.
- **Tier 2**: For grants between $50,001 and $100,000 - receive a bonus of 5% of the grant value.
- **Tier 3**: For grants over $100,000 - receive a bonus of 7% of the grant value.
- Bonuses are paid upon the successful receipt of funding.
