Responsibilities:

Handle complete monthly bookkeeping and prepare basic financial reports.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and enhance financial reporting.
Manage payroll processing and quarterly tax preparation.
Provide strategic financial advice during monthly sessions.
Oversee accounts receivable and payable management.
Facilitate bi-monthly financial strategy consultations.
(PREFERRED) Prepare tax filings for US clients and offer personal and business tax strategy consulting.

Requirements:

Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of US accounting standards.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks and ADP.
Experience in financial strategy and tax preparation is highly desirable.
