Experienced Amazon Catalog & Account Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Amazon Account and Catalog Manager to oversee our private label operations across international Amazon marketplaces. This contractor role requires proficiency in managing complex product listings and ensuring seamless cross-border operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain parent ASIN consistency, ensuring no child ASINs are missing across international markets
Ensure titles, bullet points, and A+ content remain consistent for each child ASIN across all markets
Manage translation process for listings, guaranteeing accuracy without directly translating
Monitor and promptly resolve account restrictions or listing suppression issues in each marketplace
Oversee inbound shipments and Amazon Warehouse Deals (AWD) shipments for timely processing
Maintain updated flat files for product listings in a designated cloud folder
Utilize Helium 10 for product research and optimization to improve listing performance

Amazon Management Expertise:
Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory
Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional strategies
Stay updated on Amazon's policies and adapt strategies accordingly
Provide monthly reports on account performance, challenges, and strategy adjustments

Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience managing multinational e-commerce accounts on Amazon
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and effective English communication abilities
Familiarity with SEO, online marketing, and e-commerce trends
