Experienced Airbnb Accountant Needed for Financial Management and Accounting Support

We are currently seeking an experienced accountant with specialized knowledge in Airbnb accounting to join our team on a freelance or part-time basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, updating accounting software, and maintaining relevant financial documents and spreadsheets.


Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and cash flow statements
- Update accounting software and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage and update relevant financial documents and spreadsheets
- Provide recommendations on accounting practices tailored to the Airbnb business model
- Perform daily entries and reconcile financial data

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Proven experience in accounting, with specialized knowledge in - Airbnb accounting practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
