JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Operations Manager to oversee various aspects of our Amazon-related businesses, including Wholesale Distribution, Amazon FBA, PREP/3PL Services, and Amazon Courses. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Amazon FBA operations, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage and streamline various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inventory and warehouse operations, including tracking, ordering, and optimizing stock levels.
Monitor Amazon FBA accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and optimizing product listings.
Provide excellent customer service to Amazon customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.
Streamline and automate processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Contact brands for quotes and lead times, negotiate favorable terms, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Manage and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring all critical activities are completed.
Supervise and lead a team of associates, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Amazon FBA operations, inventory management, and customer service.
Strong knowledge of Amazon's seller platform, policies, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in team management and leadership.
Proficiency in using Amazon-related software and tools.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Prior experience in managing multiple Amazon businesses or similar e-commerce ventures.
Knowledge of 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations.

Do you have experience with Upgrade to see actual info?
Are you able to stream line and multi task to make everyone elses job easier?

Are you comfortable calling and texting our clients?
Can you provide weekly/bi weekly monthly reports on the status of the operation?

How have you provided exceptional customer service in previous roles, especially in an Amazon-related context?
Can you provide an example of a time when you streamlined a business process, resulting in increased efficiency or cost savings?
Have you managed a team before? If so, describe your leadership style and any challenges you've overcome in managing a team.
Are you familiar with 3PL operations ? Please elaborate on your experience in these areas.
I am familiar with VAs stacking opportunities. This role is for someone who can commit their full time and undivided attention to.

I will hire 4 applicants on a trial basis, then narrow it down to 2 then down to 1. This will be a paid trial.
