Executive assistant (Social Media + Design)

Hello! I’m Matt, and I’m running a software company and music label. I’m looking for an executive assistant to help with the day-to-day tasks for these ventures. The role is only 2 hours a day and can be performed according to your schedule, with periodic deadlines. NO calls or meetings are required, we can do this all throughout text!

The general tasks required for this position are:

Social Media Strategy (researching trends, brainstorming)
Social Media Engagement (commenting, liking)
Guerilla marketing tactics
Graphic and Visual Design
Lead Generation (bonus on closed leads)
Other similar tasks, as needed

Requirements:
proficient in English
Familiar with social media (particularly IG + TikTok)
access to a computer & tech savvy
creative and proactive thinker
experienced with graphic / website design
