We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join the dynamic Abra Kadabra team, where you'll collaborate with other talented VAs in our quest for excellence. In this vital role, your chief aim will be to optimize our CEO's productivity by expertly managing their schedule, coordinating travel plans, organizing meetings, and tackling a multitude of evolving tasks. Your foresight in anticipating the CEO’s needs will allow you to operate with a degree of autonomy, always staying one step ahead.

You thrive in a bustling environment, juggling a diverse range of administrative and clerical duties. Your skill in filtering out distractions helps maintain the CEO's focus on proactive leadership rather than falling into a reactive pattern of constant email correspondence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborative support for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and strategic assistance to the CEO.
- Independent evaluation and prioritization of calls, meeting requests, and information dissemination.
- Regularly presenting vital KPIs to the CEO.
- Management of key tasks and representation of the CEO in community engagement efforts.
- Proficient handling of incoming calls and effective communication of messages to the CEO.
- Coordination of meeting logistics, ensuring materials are prepped and timings are adhered to.
- Oversight of follow-ups on meeting decisions to guarantee their execution within set deadlines.
- Project management involving vendors, facilitating team communication as needed.
- Comprehensive handling of the CEO’s calendar, travel, and event arrangements.
- Initiative in establishing CEO communications as required.
- Adaptability to the executive's communication style and occasional meeting attendance alongside the executive.
- Completion of necessary documentation, research, and project-specific tasks to support special initiatives.
- Crafting of high-quality reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
