Executive Virtual Assistant for Credit Repair Business

Location: Remote

At 3 Commas Solutions are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our credit repair business team that has been in business for a little over 2 years now. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for performing executive functions including customer service support, lead outreach, social media management, handling credit repair disputes, sending emails, and updating administration paperwork. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with successful credit repair companies in America and possess a deep understanding of all credit laws in the United States.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service support to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct lead outreach activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Handle credit repair disputes by sending out necessary documentation and managing the resolution process.
- Manage email communication, responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining correspondence with clients.
- Update and maintain administrative paperwork, ensuring accuracy and organization.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience working with successful credit repair companies in America.
- Profound knowledge of all credit laws in America.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fast responder with the ability to work overnight as needed.
- Positive energy and attitude, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in sending out credit repair disputes along with consumer financial protection bureau complaints, Federal Trade Commission complaints, Attorney General complaints, and Better Business Bureau complaints.
- Highly proficient in using GoHighLevel, Credit Repair Cloud, Trello, and ManyChat.
- Must submit a detailed 5-minute video explaining their experience and why we should choose them.
