Job Description:
As a valuable member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

Participate actively in all training sessions to master our products and services.
Deliver outstanding service by efficiently resolving customer inquiries and issues.
Engage with potential customers by responding to questions and recommending solutions that meet their needs.
Manage customer accounts meticulously and maintain accurate records.
Employ your technical skills in Excel, Google Suite, and other relevant tools to enhance customer interactions.
Address and solve product or service issues by identifying the root causes and implementing lasting solutions.
Generate detailed reports by analyzing customer data to gain insights and improve services.
Contribute to our team’s success by meeting and exceeding performance goals.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:

1-2 years of experience in customer support, particularly in handling calls, chats, and emails.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken, for flawless communication.
Excellent time management abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and other tech tools.
A tech-savvy approach and quick adaptability to new systems and technologies.
Proven skills in customer service and efficient handling of chat and email communications.
Reliable backup power and internet service, ensuring uninterrupted service.
Flexibility to work according to Eastern Standard Time (EST), including weekends and holidays.
