Job Title: Executive Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:

Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle email communication and respond to inquiries on behalf of the executive team.
Organize and maintain digital files and records.

Cold Calling:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
Set up appointments and follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions.
Maintain a detailed log of calls and outcomes.

CRM Management:

Maintain and update CRM database with accurate and current information.
Track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Generate CRM reports and provide insights to the sales team.
Ensure CRM data integrity and perform regular data clean-up activities.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is essential.
Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejections positively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a sales support or customer service role.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Background in marketing or business development.
