Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)

About Us: Nirvana Waterworks is a dynamic and growing company in the construction material distribution sector. We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our executive team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and
* Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Loop, PowerPoint, Outlook) for document creation, data analysis, and presentations.
* Implement digital workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
* Utilize AI tools for data analysis, research, and decision-making.
* Assist with digital marketing tasks, including social media management, content creation, and
* Maintain organized filing systems (digital) for easy retrieval of documents.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a virtual assistant or executive assistant.
* Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of digital tools and workflows.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Familiarity with AI tools and their applications.
* Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Schedule: This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Approximately 10-20 hours per week.
