Job title: Executive Content Assistant
Company Content2Sales
Location: Remote

Content2Sales is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Content Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, adaptability to new skills, and a resilient work ethic. In this position, you will be responsible for managing our content creation and dissemination processes across our social media presence across our main platforms including Instagram and YouTube. You will be entrusted with overseeing our content calendar, ensuring timely and engaging posts and YouTube video posting that align with our brand's messaging and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Quality Control

-Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to develop standardized content templates and processes.
-You will oversee our editor for our YouTube videos and reels. This includes project launches and management.
-You will queue and manage the creation of my thumbnails with our fiver designer.
-You will be in charge of a monthly content plan and content calendar using the assistance of our guidelines and brand messaging.

Comprehensive Instagram Content Creation & Dissemination.
-You will be responsible for reinforcing our Instagram content calendar.
-Instagram Carousel Creation & Design
-Instagram Caption Creation

Youtube Channel & Management
-Posting YouTube videos.
-Optimizing titles and descriptions.
-Quality Control for YouTube Video & Thumbnail Design

Future responsibilities:
-Monitor social media channels, promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and customer-centric manner.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize our online presence.
-Maintain our current content calendar to plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand voice and messaging.
-Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant content, such as images, videos, and articles, to be shared on social media platforms.
-Regularly track and analyze the performance of social media content, using analytics tools to measure engagement and make data-driven adjustments.
-Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to develop standardized email templates and guidelines for consistent and efficient customer support.

Skills and qualifications:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
-Proficient in social media platforms, including Instagram, threads, and circle.
-Demonstrated ability to create compelling and visually appealing social media content.
-Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure and report on performance.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
-Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Prior experience in social media management or virtual assistant roles is preferred.
