JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview: The Admin and Customer Success Assistant will support the operational and client-facing functions for a coaching business known for empowering low-libido women to achieve greater pleasure, self-love, and freedom in their sex lives. This role requires a proactive, thoughtful approach to managing email campaigns, client communications, and administrative tasks, with a strong focus on enhancing customer onboarding and ongoing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including crafting content and repurposing existing materials to engage with various client segments effectively.
Manage client onboarding and communication, ensuring all interactions and questions are handled professionally and promptly.
Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring all processes are efficient and up-to-date.
Engage creatively in problem-solving and process improvements to boost customer satisfaction and business growth.
Research and manage applications for podcasts and speaking engagements, enhancing the brand's visibility and outreach.
Assist in the management of social media interactions, and support marketing efforts as needed.

Requirements
Essential Skills:
Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a proven ability to create compelling email content and effectively repurpose existing content.
Experience with CRM systems, specifically Go High Level, to manage client relationships and marketing campaigns.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to develop and enhance SOPs.
Independent and creative thinking to proactively address customer needs and improve business processes.
Personal Attributes and Attitude:
Sex-positive attitude and comfort engaging with the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring inclusive and respectful communication.
Understanding of language and nuances specific to sexual coaching or similar fields to communicate effectively and sensitively with clients.
Empathetic and client-oriented mindset, with a focus on building strong, supportive relationships with customers.
Proactive in finding innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to business growth.
Nice to Have
Advanced graphic design skills using design tools like Canva or Adobe Illustrator are appreciated but not required.
Experience in handling social media management and content creation.
